How it works
In-Home Assessment:
Comforting Home Care by Phoebe will schedule a free in-home assessment with one of our licensed nurses to assess you or your loved ones’ needs. This assessment will help determine if hourly or overnight care is appropriate, and if your home is suitable for in-home care.
Plan of Care:
If 24-hour home care is required, our Nurses will work with you and your family to develop your plan of care and your caregivers' schedule. We assign experienced caregivers for 24-hour home care cases.
